Employee Wellbeing: the Technogym Village
The Technogym Village, an innovative project inaugurated in 2012, is born as the world's first Wellness Campus, a research centre that sets itself as a global reference in the sector for the promotion of the wellness lifestyle. Located in the heart of the Wellness Valley – an initiative of the Wellness Foundation – it includes the headquarters with offices and the production plant.
The project, realised according to the concepts of sustainability and bioarchitecture, has allowed the creation of a workplace dedicated to the wellbeing of employees and excellence.
Working for Wellness
Our unique wellness programme called “W4W” (Working for Wellness), guarantees a high-quality working environment and corporate climate by offering people the chance to fully experience a wellness lifestyle in all areas of their daily lives.
Working for Wellness is the only corporate wellness programme that focuses on all components of mental and physical wellbeing, offering services dedicated to exercise, diet and health, as per the Wellness Lifestyle Pyramid drawn up by the Technogym Wellness Science Centre.

Corporate wellness is one of the services of excellence in the Working for Wellness programme. This initiative offers all Technogym employees worldwide the opportunity to train at the Technogym Centre located at our headquarters. Additionally, employees can use a dedicated welfare credit to subscribe to an affiliated Wellness Club, all of which are equipped with Technogym equipment and digital solutions.

A key component of our preventive measures is the annual medical check-up (Wellness Screening), which enables each employee to monitor their health through blood tests and specialist consultations. This experience is enhanced by the latest advanced measurement technologies and the integration of Technogym Check-up's artificial intelligence, which can determine the employee's "Wellness Age" during the screening.
Additionally, the Working for Wellness programme includes physiotherapy services at the Technogym Centre, personalised training sessions, and specialised training courses – Educational Corporate Wellness – covering various topics of the Wellness Lifestyle Pyramid.

The Working for Wellness programme includes the Technogym Restaurant, an in-house catering service that follows the 'Eat well, eat wellness' philosophy: balanced recipes prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients, designed in collaboration with a nutrition expert.
Since 2019, the 'T-Take home' service has been available, allowing employees to order dinner from the Technogym Restaurant and enjoy the meal with their families.

Technogym University fosters talent through diverse training programs for employees, spanning managerial, technical, and company-specific disciplines. Utilising blended learning methods, including in-person sessions, e-learning, and webinars, it cultivates both specific and cross-cutting skills. With cutting-edge tools and facilities, it offers a comprehensive training catalogue, focusing on reskilling, upskilling, talent development, and production department expertise.
