A long time ago in 1993, when our industry was dominated by the stereotype of fitness focusing on hedonism and image, Technogym launched a new vision called “Wellness”.
Today, more than ever, awareness of the social and economic benefits of wellness and healthy lifestyles is strong and rooted at all levels, and our vision, which comes from afar, is increasingly topical and contemporary: health is wealth.
The close correlation between business strategy and sustainability is what guides the Group in its decisions and actions, which are designed to meet people’s health need let’s move for a better world.

Our 2030 Sustainability Plan
Our Board-approved Sustainability Plan sets out the most important priorities for our business and for our stakeholders. The framework defines the strategy and the stretch goals that will enable us to achieve our sustainability commitments for 2030. The Plan takes into account existing regulatory requirements on climate change as well as likely future trends for when we’re developing new projects.
Environment
Environment
The focus of this pillar is decarbonization and the integration of circular economy principles into the business model. A key tool is the climate transition plan, approved by the Board in 2026.
