Working 4 Wellness (W4W) is a unique program aiming to ensure the quality of the working environment and the corporate climate by offering both activities and services geared towards the well-being of all Technogym’s employees at worldwide level.
Communities
Created in 2003, "Wellness Valley" is the project promoted by the Wellness Foundation to make the Italian region of Romagna the first district for knowledge and culture on wellness and the good quality of life. From here comes the new challenge to seize the opportunity of the Milan 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games and launch an ambitious project to spread a new culture of well-being in the city of Milan.
Supply Chain
Technogym oversees its supply chain through selection and monitoring tools that, in addition to verifying the performance of its suppliers, also include compliance with current regulations on environmental and social issues.

Since its foundation, Technogym has adopted rigorous policies and procedures, preventive actions and a continuous commitment to designing its products to meet the highest safety standards, minimizing any potential impact on end users.
