COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS
pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4bis, of Issuers Regulation
Cesena, 7 April 2020 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that – following the sale by Wellness Holding S.r.l. of total no. 10,000,000 Technogym’s ordinary shares with increased vote completed on February 6, 2020 with settlement on February 10, 2020 – the total number of ordinary shares with increased vote and, therefore, the total number of voting rights exercisable at the shareholders' meeting, was reduced.
