Cesena (Italy), April 26th, 2024 – In view of the Shareholders' Meeting called for May 7, 2024, pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the Issuers' Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 dated May 14, 1999 (the “Issuers’ Regulation”), Technogym S.p.A. announces the total amount of voting rights, with the indication of the number of shares composing the share capital, on the date referred to in article 83-sexies, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree no. 58 dated February 24, 1998 (“Record Date”).
The Company points out that there have been no changes (increase or decrease) compared to what previously communicated on March 28th, 2024. The following table shows the data relating to the shares in circulation and the number of voting rights composing the share capital. The Company holds n. 2,266,705 treasury shares, whose voting rights are suspended pursuant to article 2357-ter, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code.
