Cesena (Italy), November 14th, 2023 – Technogym S.p.A. (“Technogym” and/or the “Company”) announces to have purchased, during the period from November 6th, 2023 to November 10th, 2023 a total number of 249,474 shares at a weighted daily average price of Euro 7.73 for a total countervalue of Euro 1,929,704.39 under the buyback program communicated to the market on November 6th, 2023 and launched on the same date, following the authorization by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 5th, 2023. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A..
