After his studies in Aeronautical Sciences at the Italian Air Force Academy, Alessandro Annese embarked on a career in Human Resources covering roles of increasing content and responsibility, both in Italy and abroad, mainly in the Technology and FMCG sectors. He began his career in organizational consulting and then reached the Human Resources function in Carlsberg Breweries. Subsequently, among his most relevant experiences, he took on the HR Management of Cisco Systems in Italy and then extended his responsibility to the Mediterranean Region, held the role of HR Executive Director in Indesit Company and Vice President Human Resources and Organization in Capgemini, before joining Technogym in the second half of 2021, where he currently holds the position of Chief People Officer.
