Cesena (Italy), December 4^th 2020 –Technogym S.p.A. announces the new share capital and of total voting rights of the company following the termination, on November 24th 2020, of the increase in voting rights relating to no. 1,300 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998 and pursuant to article 7 of the bylaws of the company.
