Cesena, 28 May 2021 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that – following the sale by the shareholder TGH S.r.l. of total no. 12,000,000 Technogym’s ordinary shares with increased vote completed on May 19, 2021 with settlement on May 21, 2021 – the total number of ordinary shares with increased vote and, therefore, the total number of voting rights exercisable at the shareholders' meeting, was reduced.
