Cesena (Italy), January 16th 2023 –Technogym S.p.A. announces the new share capital and of total voting rights of the company following the termination of the increase in voting rights relating to no. 9,057 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998 and pursuant to article 7 of the bylaws of the company.
