The Board of Directors approved the policy to publish, on a voluntary basis, of consolidated revenues relating to the first and third quarter of each financial year

Cesena (Italy), February 10th 2017 – Technogym S.p.A. informs that, in compliance with the provisions of Article 82-ter of the Regulations approved by CONSOB resolution of 14 May 1999, no. 11971, the Board of Directors, which met today, approved the communication policy relating to the publication, on a voluntary basis, of periodic financial information of the Company and the Group additional to the annual and half-yearly financial report.

The policy approved today provides for the Company to publish, on a voluntary basis, the Group consolidated revenues relating to the first and the third quarter of each financial year, segmented by distribution channel and by geographic area, this in order to ensure continuity with the type of financial information communicated to the market as from the admission to trading of the shares of the Company on the Mercato Telematico Aazionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Consolidated revenue will be compared with the consolidated revenues relating to the same period of the preceding year and/or with the revenues in the last approved financial reporting.

Information relating to consolidated revenues of the first and third quarter of each financial year and relevant documents will be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and then made available to the public by publishing a press release on the Company's website, with Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and the authorized storage system, in the timing indicated in the annual financial calendar as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and, in any case, no later than 45 days after the end of the relevant quarter.

The Company will promptly communicate to the market any decision to modify ithe items of the additional periodic financial information to be published by the Company on a voluntary basis according to this press release and/or to interrupt the publication of any additional periodic financial information, indicating the reasons underlying these decisions. Any decision to interrupt the publication of the additional periodic financial information will become effective only as from the financial year following the approval of the relevant resolution by the Board of Directors of the Company.
