After his studies in Aeronautical Sciences at the Italian Air Force Academy, Alessandro Annese embarked on a career in Human Resources covering roles of increasing content and responsibility, both in Italy and abroad, mainly in the Technology and FMCG sectors. He began his career in organizational consulting and then reached the Human Resources function in Carlsberg Breweries.
