After acquiring specific education and working in the field of industrial design, in 1983 he founded Technogym and has guided its development for the next 30 years until today.
After about twenty years of experience in the fields of fitness and wellness, in 2002 Nerio Alessandri created the Wellness Foundation, a non -profit organisation active in the promotion of wellness as a social opportunity for governments, businesses and citizens; one of the Foundation key projects is the Wellness Valley, intended to make of the Italian region of Romagna a major pole of quality of life, wellbeing and health skills. The Faculty of Motor Sciences of the University of Urbino awarded him, in April 2004, a degree honoris causa, followed by another Honorary Degree in Biomedical Engineering granted to him by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Bologna. Finally, in February 2014, he received from the CUOA Foundation a honoris causa Masters Degree in Business Administration. His abilities as an entrepreneur were also acknowledged with several awards and honours at both national and international level, including, for example, the "Cavaliere del Lavoro" honour in 2001, the "Premio Leonardo Qualità Italia" award in 2004 and, in 2010, the "Premio Guido Carli" in the field of corporate social responsibility. In November 2007 the United States Chamber of Commerce appointed Nerio Alessandri Entrepreneur of the Year in the business category.
He has worked with Technogym since 1983, as the co-founder alongside Nerio Alessandri and has been promoting the development of industrial and real estate company operations for over 30 years until today.
Since 1986, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. He has also been the sole director of TGB S.r.l. (formerly known as Technogym Building S.r.l.), and in this position, since 2000, he has supervised and finalised the Technogym Village creation project. In 2006 he also managed the start-up and completion of works for the Technogym Group production plant in Slovakia.

From September 2014 she has worked with Luxottica Group, initially as the Global Brand Manager Assistant - Personal, Luxury Portfolio until March 2015, and from April 2015 as the Junior Project Manager - Bulgari and Tiffany, Luxury Portfolio.
She graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan in 1994. She completed her first internship at Citibank in Milan in 1994.
Between August 1994 and May 1996 she acquired professional experience working with Goldman Sachs, initially at their New York headquarters, then in London in the Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions divisions. Between July 1996 and March 1998 she worked in London with the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, where she was particularly active in the luxury goods sector. Between April 1998 and March 1999, she acquired professional experience at the London headquarters of Compass Partners International, Private Equity Division, later becoming the marketing area manager in charge of leverage buyout transactions - in the luxury goods sector in particular. In April 1999 she joined the Prada Group, Planning & New Business Development division, and also filled the position of IPO process coordinator until February 2002. After a short experience as the operations manager at Helmut Lang (Prada Group), she joined Gucci (Kering group) in January 2003, as Gucci President and CEO's assistant, holding this position until January 2005. From February 2005 until November 2008 she filled the position of Strategic Planning Director and Associated Worldwide Merchandising Director of Gucci. In November 2008 she joined Bottega Veneta (another Kering Group company), initially as the Worldwide Merchandising Director (until November 2010) and subsequently as the Worldwide Merchandising-Communication Director (from November 2010 until September 2013). In September 2013 she became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Yves Saint Laurent, and since October 2015 she has been a member of the Kering Group Executive Committee.

From 1982 to 1985 he worked with Credito Romagnolo of Ravenna. In 1985 he joined Barclays Intermediazioni. In 1986 he was hired by Ernst & Young as a Senior manager in charge of administrative procedures and management control. From 1990 until 1994 he joined the Ferruzzi Finanziaria Group of Ravenna, with increasing levels of responsibility, including, for example, the task of drawing up the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Ferruzzi and Montedison group, and the position of Operational implementation Manager of the Ferruzzi group restructuring plan in support of Mediobanca. In 1994 he joined the Trombini Group as the Administration, Finance and Control Director. In 2002 he worked with the Issuing company as the Director of the Business Development Area. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. He is also a member of the board of directors of Wellness Holding and Enervit S.p.A., a company listed on the MTA (Italian Screen-based stock exchange). Currently he is the Chief Financial Officer of Wellness Holding.

From October 1989 until January 1992 he worked with RASFIN at the primary market Desk. On 1 February 1992 he joined the Financial Service of Mediobanca, of which he became an executive in July 1999, before moving on to the position of Central Co-director and Head of the Equity Capital Markets area from 1 April 2000. In November 2003 he was appointed co-head of the Coverage and Corporate Finance area, then from March 2006 he became the Central Director and in June of the same year he was appointed Sole Director of the Corporate Finance and Large Corporation Coverage area. After filling the position of Deputy General Manager from May 2007, he was also appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Mediobanca from 2007 until October 2014. He gave up his positions at Mediobanca at the end of March 2015.

After a first professional experience at Italtel he joined Fiat Auto, progressively accepting tasks and covering positions of increasing responsibility, until he was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer, a position that he covered from January 2005 until February 2007. From May 2007 to August 2009 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Powertrain Technologies. From September 2009 until August 2010 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Group Automobiles. From September 2010 until December 2014 he worked with the Safilo Group, of which he was the Chief Financial Officer. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of Iveco Defence Vehicles (a company of the CNH Industrial group).
Maria Cecilia La Manna
She graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna in 1987. In 1988 she obtained an Audit Masters Degree delivered jointly by the Universities of Bologna and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She has been listed in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors since 1990. Between 1989 and 1996 she laid the foundations of her professional background working with the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as a Financial Statements auditor and subsequently acquiring experience in the Transaction Services Division in the United Kingdom and Italy, where she strengthened her business and financial background. Subsequently, by working with the Titan International Inc. Group (a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange), she gained extensive professional experience in takeover processes, reorganisation, integration and change management, developing synergistic commercial and operational projects at international level. She contributed to the creation of the Titan Europe division, finalising buyouts in Europe, Brazil, North America, India, Turkey, Australia and China. In 2004, as the Chief Executive Officer, she managed the listing process of Titan Europe Plc. on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, filling in subsequent years the position of Chief Operating Officer of the group. Since 2007 she has been the Chief executive officer of the Titan Group, and since 2013 the President of Titan Group ITM S.p.A., a global player in the field of designing, production and distribution of components for farming, mining and construction machinery. The group, active through production and trade organisations in Europe, North America, Brazil and China, has been controlled since 2012 by the American company Titan International Inc.
