Cesena, 8TH May 2018 – Technogym S.p.A. announces that, for a material error, in the published press release regarding the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting of the Company today held, it is erroneously stated that the total amount to be distributed as dividend is equal to Euro 18,790,450.00.
As a correction, Technogym specifies that the total amount to be distributed as dividend is equal to Euro 18,090,450.00, in line with what previously indicated in the Board of Directors’ report on item n. 2 on the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting.
